Calaveras Cultivation Green Zone Eligible.
Included in the purchase is the Right to Apply for Cultivation that allows for a 0.5 acre up to 1 acre of Mixed Light or Outdoor Grow, and the option to purchase an additional RTA cultivation license that has also been invited to go through the state licensing system. This Right to Apply will need to be rehomed to a Green Zone location in Calaveras county that has at least 20 acres of land. The pre-application would need to be re-submitted with the new person that buys the right to apply.
